Farmers Market

Farmers Market Carrots Farmers Market

There is nothing like waking up early on a Saturday morning and walking the couple blocks over to the local farmers market to pick up some fresh veggies for the week.

Tomatoes Beets

These tomatoes and beets came home with me. They’re awesome roasted with a little coconut oil and lots of garlic.

WV wine pick 6

After the farmer’s market, my friends Sarah, Sami, and I stopped into a gourmet food shop down the street which of course lead to its “pick six” wall. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, pick six is when a store has individual beers for sale, of which you can choose a variety of to make your own six pack.

Seasonal Beers

Here’s the collection of seasonal beers I chose. So looking forward to trying all of these!

Iced Coffee

Sarah and I took advantage of the beautiful day to explore downtown a bit more. It started with iced coffees and people watching – favorite pastime!

Tree

An afternoon filled with good shops, great friends, and absolutely no work! Sounds just about perfect.

What did you do this weekend? Any fun autumn things?
